We provide a collection, repair and return service. This means the item will be collected by our nominated courier, returned to us, repaired and then returned back to you. Collections and deliveries are between Monday and Friday (usually between 9am and 6pm).
In order to minimise the inconvenience, we can collect the faulty item from either a work or home address, whichever suits you the most.
To ensure a permanent repair, we only use brand new parts. We will never try and repair any component on a PCB (printed circuit board) as the reliability cannot be assured.
Very Important
Faults which are related to the LCD Panel are not covered under the fixed cost repair scheme. This would include the fault symptoms such as line/pixel defect, water mark, image retention/screen burn, sound but no picture and any damage.
We will supply packaging and this is supplied on the day of collection, by the driver, at no additional cost.
Please note
If your TV suffers from an additional fault that has not been reported and/or we are unable to repair the unit, we will refund any monies paid minus the Assessment Fee.
